• Sunny Rock Self Catering Holiday Home

• Sunny Rock Self Catering Holiday Home (also know as Sunny Rock) is a free standing holiday house that is situated at 15 Naxos Street, Langebaan, South Africa. The owners, friends, family, members and staff (also referred to as “we”, “us” or “staff”) are all associated with the Sunny Rock Self Catering Holiday Home.

• Deposit

• A key deposit of five hundred South African Rands (R500) shall be required before checking in.

• The deposit is kept as a safe guarding against the unlikely event of items such as (Fridge, Stove / Oven, Television, Hifi System, DVD Player, Satellite System, Alarm System, Pool Table, Doors, Windows, Cupboards, Furniture, Beds & Bedding, Shower, Toilet, Bath, Floors, Walls and Ceilings) being damaged, broken or stolen in the Sunny Rock self catering holiday home.

• The deposit shall be forfeited if  any of the above mentioned items are damaged, broken or stolen due to reasons that where in your control.

• The deposit shall also be forfeited if excessive noise and / or complaints are received.

• The deposit shall also be forfeited if you fail to leave the premises and hand over the key before or on the time stated of your stay at the Sunny Rock self catering holiday home has expired.

• Rules

• To reserve your booking, we (Sunny Rock self catering holiday home staff) require that at least 50% upfront payment is made to ensure us (Sunny Rock self catering holiday home staff) that the reservation is guaranteed. This is to benefit you the customer & us to insure that your reservation will go smoothly and the house is well prepared in advance for you!

• You are required to book in from 2pm (14:00) on your day of arrival. You will not be able to book in earlier unless you have requested so when making your reservation, and approval was given by one of our staff members in the form of email or writing.

•  If you have not booked in by 6pm (18:00) on your day of arrival, your 50% upfront payment for your reservation will be forfeited UNLESS you have pre arranged with one of our staff members that you shall be booking in late.

• You are required to book out (check out) by no later than 11am (11:00), if you have not checked out before or on this time your deposit of R500 shall be forfeited as stated above in the deposit section.

• You are required to keep noise & disturbance levels down to a considerate level which will not affect / disturb neighbors, police or the community around the Langebaan area. If you fail to adhere to this rule you shall be given up to a maximum of two verbal warnings, there after you shall be asked to leave the premises of Sunny Rock self catering holiday home immediately. You shall also forfeit your deposit of R500 due to inconvenience caused.

• The Sunny Rock self catering holiday home can only accommodate up to a maximum of six (6) people. If at anytime more than six (6) people are found on the premises of Sunny Rock self catering holiday home without prior arrangement with one of the staff members of Sunny Rock, you shall be asked to leave the premises of Sunny Rock self catering holiday home immediately. You shall also forfeit your deposit of R500.

• If you require extra sleeping space, Sunny Rock self catering holiday home can arrange extra sleeping space to accommodate more people to suite your needs. This needs to be arranged from the time of your booking and confirmed by one of Sunny Rock’s staff members in email or writing.

• Any one under the age of 18 years shall not be able to stay at the Sunny Rock self catering holiday home without the supervision of his / her parent. If his / her parent is not present then an adult will have to accompany the under 18, the adult will have to be at least over the age of 25 years. The adult or parent that accompanies the under 18 accepts full responsibility for the under 18’s actions, injuries, deaths, disabilities and financial matters that may occur before, during or after there stay at Sunny Rock self catering holiday home.

• The owners or staff members of Sunny Rock self catering holiday home hold the right to deny anyone from entering the premises with or without reason. The owners or staff members of Sunny Rock self catering holiday home may also request at any time that any person leave the premises with or without reason.

• In the unlikely event of you or anyone on the premises being asked to leave the premises without you or anyone on the premises breaking any of the above mentioned rules, you will be refunded for the remaining days of your stay that you have not used and your deposit shall be returned.

• No pets or animals are allowed on the premises of Sunny Rock self catering holiday home without the permission of one of the Sunny Rock staff members in the form of email or writing.

• Regulations

• Sunny Rock staff and any of there members, family or friends shall NOT be held responsible for any injuries, deaths or disabilities obtained to anyone before, during or after your stay at the Sunny Rock self catering holiday home.

• All medical, disabilities or deaths finances to anyone before, during or after your stay at the Sunny Rock self catering holiday home will NOT be covered by any of the Sunny Rock staff, members, family or friends. You shall be held liable and responsible for any financial, medical, disabilities or deaths that occur at the Sunny Rock self catering holiday home before, during or after your stay.

• Children younger than 18 should always be accompanied by an adult (preferably the parent) as if any thing should happen to the children whether it be injuries, deaths or disabilities you and the parent shall be held responsible for everything financial and medical. Sunny Rock staff, members, family or friends shall not be held liable for anything resulting to children under 18.

• Agreement

• By reserving a booking with us at Sunny Rock self catering holiday home, you are agreeing to all our rules and regulations as stated above. Failing to adhere to any of the rules and regulations above, action shall be taking against you as stated in the rules and regulations above.

• You accept full responsibility for everyone including yourself and those that accompanies you for your stay before, during and after at Sunny Rock self catering holiday home, and am well aware that you cannot hold Sunny Rock staff, members, family or friends responsible for any injuries, deaths, disabilities or financial requirements that occur before, during or after your stay at Sunny Rock self catering holiday home.
