The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, entertainment area and a top level balcony. The top story consists of the main bedroom which is equipped with a double bed and bathroom.

The remaining two rooms on the bottom level are all equipped with two single beds in each room. The second bathroom which is equipped with a shower and bath can also be found on the bottom level.

The entertainment room offers a 1/4 size pool table with a large 74cm television and dolby digital pro logic surround sound hifi system. The entertainment area also has a dvd player and satellite television (DSTV).

The house is fully furnished and guests will be provided with basic items such as bedding, soaps, toilet accessories and cleaning utensils. Guests will need to bring there own personal items along such as towels, clothes, bathing accessories, etc.

No smoking is allowed inside any of the rooms except for the entertainment room and outside.
